People who work in a team, after receiving appropriate training, manage to produce far higher efficiency levels than when working individually. An efficient team is more productive than the sum of the individual potential of each of its members.
Teamwork is the most appropriate way to produce continuous improvement within the organisation. Team is not simply understood as a group of people who meet to carry out an activity; there must be certain conditions to guarantee their efficiency: identification of the participants with the group, common objectives of the members, dynamism and well defined structure and methodology.
