Teamwork is the most appropriate way to produce continuous improvement within the organisation. Team is not simply understood as a group of people who meet to carry out an activity; there must be certain conditions to guarantee their efficiency: identification of the participants with the group, common objectives of the members, dynamism and well defined structure and methodology.
