The objective of the Basque Government in leading this mobilisation towards Total Quality/ Excellence in Management in none other than to continually improve the results of the organisations in time.
The principles, methods and tools used in Total Quality, which are presented superficially in this section, are the foundation of the new management for Organisations, and their solidity will lead to the attainment of the results.
The road is neither short nor easy, but organisations that are already on it, by seriously and rigorously applying the methods, say that it is worthwhile, that it is one of the best investments that can be made.
