The Diploma of commitment granted by Euskalit, aims to acknowledge all the Basque organisations that use the EFQM Model as a reference framework for improving their management and have committed themselves to advance towards the goal of Total Quality / Excellence in Management, by implementating a pluriannual plan that will enable them, in a maximum period of 3 years, to request an external appraisal by Euskalit.
